I did my laundry today, but I made the mistake of putting in the wash every piece of warm clothing I had. I only had shorts and a t-shirt left to wear, and it was a delightful nine degrees outside. Needless to say, I nearly froze on my trek across the yard to get to the laundry center.
Speaking of cold weather, it hasn't snowed for a week now, but it's remained so cold that the snow, now compacted to white ice on the ground, is still present. It will be so nice to return to California next week!
