Yesterday, I shopped some more classes, including an interesting one about the American presidency. The professor was an economic advisor to former President Reagan, so he should offer a lot of insight into what it's like inside the White House. Alas, a lot of people want to take this class, so it may be lotteried. I hope I can take this course!
Last night, I met with my concentration advisor, and she offered me some helpful information on picking my classes. It's been kind of difficult picking out my schedule this fall, but I hope to put something together by the end of this week. I then had dinner with some friends, after which we went to a meeting for fellow concentrators in Mind, Brain, and Behavior. In the evening, I did some research and then watched half of a movie on my computer.
Today, I got up early for my classes. This afternoon was not very pleasant because I was having some issues getting my ID card (they had messed up on my billing information in their computer system, so I had to go from office to office, wasting my time. I was pretty livid over their ineptitude.
I then calmed down and ran some errands. Later in the evening, I had dinner with some friends and then dessert with some other friends. Tonight, I went to a tea party with laughter and fun. I chatted some, and I then watched the last part of the movie I started last night. I then went to sleep.
